When a customer books an appointment on the calendar ➔ The workflow immediately starts by sending a confirmation message via WhatsApp and a reminder before the appointment.

When a form is filled out on the website ➔ It triggers the welcome and instant follow-up path, while assigning the customer to the relevant employee.

Upon completing a purchase ➔ The path starts by sending the invoice, a thank you message, and activating additional upsell sales offers.

When a customer replies to your message ➔ The dedicated workflow is triggered to follow up on the conversation or instantly transfer it to a sales employee.

Define the exact event from the list (such as Customer Booked Appointment, Form Submitted…) based on customer behavior.

Give the trigger a clear name (e.g., “Follow-up after inquiry form”) to make it easier for you to distinguish its roles later within the path.

Ability to restrict the trigger (e.g., entering the customer only if they bought a specific product or filled out a specific form rather than all products).

Go to the Automation > Workflows menu and open a new or existing path.

Click on the Add New Trigger button to start adding a new trigger.

Choose the direct event type (Form Submitted, Order Submitted, Appointment…).

Configure trigger options (Which calendar? Which form? Are there product filters?).

Save the trigger by clicking Save Trigger to pin it at the top of the flow line.

Start adding a series of actions (such as messages and updates) that will run as soon as it is activated.
