Steps to Link and Integrate Calendars Within the Platform

You can easily link your personal calendar and video apps through the following direct path:

Step 01: Access Connection Settings: Go to Calendars ➔ Calendar Settings ➔ Connections.
Step 02: Link Calendar (Google / Outlook / iCloud): Click on the Connect button next to the desired calendar, then log in and set it as the primary calendar to check availability.
Step 03: Activate Meeting Platforms (Zoom / Google Meet): From the Video conferencing section, click on Connect to link your Zoom or Google Meet account to generate links automatically.
Step 04: Choose Default Meeting Location: Go to the Preferences tab and set Meeting location to be the bound default room.
